1. 你和我们

"Aloud"（中文名"说出来"，下文统称"本服务"）是由独立开发者 Yifei Yang 提供的手机 app。当你使用本服务时，即表示你同意这份协议。

1.1 最低年龄

使用本服务你必须年满 13 周岁。如果你所在地区对类似服务有更高的最低年龄要求（例如部分国家/地区为 16 岁），以更高者为准。我们不面向 13 岁以下儿童；一旦发现，会主动删除相关账号。

2. 你能用它做什么

本服务用于辅助场景英语学习。你可以输入场景，我们用 AI 生成发音卡片，你可以收藏、播放、删除。

3. 你不能用它做什么

不要用本服务输入或生成违法、暴力、色情、歧视、骚扰、虚假信息等内容。
不要用脚本/爬虫/自动化方式批量调用我们的接口。
不要试图破解、逆向、攻击或滥用我们的服务器。
不要冒用他人身份注册或使用本服务。

如果发现违规使用，我们有权暂停或删除你的账号。

4. 关于 AI 生成的内容

卡片由第三方 LLM 实时生成，可能包含不准确、不合时宜或不安全的内容。请把它当作"语言学习提示"，不要当作权威建议（医疗、法律、签证等场景请以官方信息为准）。你对自己如何使用这些内容负责。

5. 你的内容

你输入的场景文本和生成的卡片归你所有。我们仅为提供本服务的目的存储和处理这些数据。你随时可以在 app 内删除单张卡或删除整个账号。

6. 账号

请保护好你的密码。账号下发生的活动由你本人负责。如果发现未授权登录，请立刻联系 yifei.yang.ai@gmail.com。

7. 价格

当前阶段本服务免费。未来可能加入收费功能，到时会提前通知。

8. 服务变更与终止

我们可能会更新、修改或下线某些功能；如发生重大变更会在 app 内通知。你也可以随时停用或删除账号。

9. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"提供，不对可用性、准确性、适合特定用途做保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对使用本服务造成的间接损失不承担责任。

10. 适用法律

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如有争议先友好协商，协商不成可向开发者所在地法院起诉。

1. You and us

"Aloud" (Chinese: 说出来; the "Service") is a mobile app provided by solo developer Yifei Yang. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for digital services (e.g. 16 in parts of the EU), that higher age applies to you. The Service is not directed to children under 13; we will delete any account we discover to be under that age.

2. What you can use it for

The Service helps you study scenario-based spoken English. You input a scenario, AI generates a pronunciation card, and you can save / play / delete it.

3. What you can't use it for

Don't use the Service to input or generate illegal, violent, sexual, discriminatory, harassing, or false content.
Don't hit our APIs via scripts, scrapers, or automated tools.
Don't attempt to break, reverse, attack, or otherwise abuse our servers.
Don't impersonate others when registering or using the Service.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

4. About AI-generated content

Cards are generated in real time by third-party LLMs and may contain inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe content. Treat them as language-learning prompts, not as authoritative advice. For medical, legal, or immigration matters, defer to official sources. You are responsible for how you act on this content.

5. Your content

The scenario text you input and the cards generated for you belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the Service. You can delete individual cards or your whole account in-app at any time.

6. Account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email yifei.yang.ai@gmail.com immediately.

7. Price

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features later; we'll notify you in advance.

8. Changes and termination

We may update, change, or retire features; material changes will be announced in-app. You may stop using or delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, by the court at the developer's place of residence.
