方法一 · 在 app 里删（推荐）
- 打开 Aloud（说出来）
- 底部 → Profile 标签
- 滑到底部，点红色按钮 ✕ DELETE ACCOUNT
- 弹窗里再确认一次"删除"
系统会立即把以下数据从我们的服务器永久删除：
- Supabase 上的账号（邮箱、加密密码、Google OAuth 关联）
- Neo4j 上你创建的所有场景卡 + 收藏 + 播放记录
- 你账号下的所有使用日志
删除是永久且不可逆的，没有"30 天反悔期"。同一邮箱以后想再用 Aloud，需要重新注册。
方法二 · 邮件请求删除
如果你已经卸载了 app、没法登录，或者用方法一遇到问题，发一封邮件到 yifei.yang.ai@gmail.com，包含：
- 邮件标题：
Delete my Aloud account - 正文：你注册时用的邮箱地址
- （可选）任何能帮我们核实身份的信息（注册大致时间、最后一次使用时间等）
我们会在 30 天内核实并删除，删完会给你回信确认。
会保留什么？
我们不会保留任何你账号下的个人数据。唯一的例外是 nginx 服务器访问日志（含 IP、时间戳），这部分按 30 天滚动覆盖，无法定向删除单个用户的条目，但 30 天内会自然清除。

Option 1 · In-app (recommended)
- Open Aloud (说出来)
- Bottom tab → Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red ✕ DELETE ACCOUNT button
- Confirm "Delete" in the dialog
The following will be permanently removed from our servers immediately:
- Your account on Supabase (email, hashed password, Google OAuth link)
- All scenario cards, saves, and play counts in our Neo4j database
- All usage logs tied to your account
Deletion is permanent and irreversible — there is no 30-day grace period. To use Aloud again with the same email, you'll need to register a new account.
Option 2 · Email request
If you've already uninstalled the app, can't sign in, or run into issues with Option 1, email yifei.yang.ai@gmail.com with:
- Subject:
Delete my Aloud account - Body: the email address you registered with
- (Optional) any details that help us verify identity — approximate signup date, last active date, etc.
We'll verify and delete within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it's done.
What's retained?
No personal data tied to your account is retained. The one exception: nginx access logs (IP, timestamp) rotate within 30 days and can't be selectively deleted per user, but they self-clear within that window.
